Decentralized governance of education services has increasingly been advocated for as a means of
improving the quality of primary and secondary school education. However, the effect of such reforms remains unclear.
On 22nd October 2021, we will be hosting a virtual webinar from 10am to 12pm (Nairobi time) to disseminate key findings of a systematic review and meta-analysis study conducted by our member Dr. Michael Mutiso.
The webinar will discuss how depending on the local context, decentralization can have positive, negative, or null effects on education outcomes.
