Ronald Mulebeke
Research Scientist
Dr. Ronald Mulebeke is the Director of Mildmay Research Centre Uganda. He is a Research Scientist with over 10 years of work experience in epidemiology of infectious diseases, particularly malaria. Has experience in Implementation Research, Health Services Research and Applied Impact Evaluations.
Practitioner and expert in designing, implementation,and management of research projects. Dr. Ronald is currently a co-investigator of the impact evaluation evidence to guide policy decisions making lab at Makerere University. Dr. Ronald is the Pl of an ongoing research project titled "Impact of supportive supervision and behavioral change communication at private health facilities in Uganda". Ronald has tutored and supervised graduate students in Advanced Methods and Models in Health Services, and Measures and Models of Quality of Health Care at the Department of Public Health Busitema University
and Makerere University. Ronald holds a Bachelors' of Dental Surgery and Masters of Health Services Research from Makerere University. He is in his final stage of doctoral training from the Global Health Institute, University of Antwerp in Belgium. Ronald is an CEGA Fellow as well as a Research Assoclate at the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) University of California Berkeley, where he trained in Applied Impact Evaluation (Fall 2019). Ronald is a member of the Research Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) -USAID that supports the Center for Development Research (CDR) and member of the Network for Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA). He is a member of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and Reviewer of the International Health Journal.
